Tinsley Ore, BSW, HSA

A social worker, early childhood educator, disability advocate, and creative community leader with more than 20 years of experience advancing inclusion for neurodivergent and disabled individuals and their families. She currently serves as a Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities and contributes to multiple advisory boards focused on accessibility, infrastructure, and equitable community design.

Drawing from both professional expertise and lived experience as the parent of three children with disabilities, Tinsley founded The Inclusive Denver Project to expand access to friendship, creativity, and community participation. Her work blends systems knowledge with innovative design, helping organizations move beyond compliance to create intentional spaces, inclusive programs, and meaningful experiences where neurodivergent individuals and families can learn, play, and thrive together.
